The Big Reading Show

After the success of our Hooked on Phonics Learn to Read app, we were tasked with creating an expansion app aimed at exciting young children about their reading journeys. The outcome was The Big Reading Show. Big Yellow Taxi developed this mobile app from conception to launch, crafting a customized curriculum, utilizing existing characters, and introducing new ones. We designed an original interface, a rewards system, and a fluid storyline for users to navigate. In addition, we produced hours of original educational content. Featuring engaging videos and interactive games, Big Yellow Taxi’s team created a delightful mix of preschool humor, silliness, and pre-reading activities.
