Charter Brokerage, a Berkshire Hathaway company, initially specialized in import/export tax law. They first sought help from Big Yellow Taxi for advertising. Still, our partnership quickly expanded to include video production and a comprehensive 360° marketing system.

As Charter Brokerage grew, so did our collaboration. When Big Yellow Taxi was tasked with completely redesigning its website, we conducted an in-depth analysis of its traffic. We discovered that Charter Brokerage’s website ranked very low in search results despite investing in Google advertisements, allowing competitors to capture potential customers. Our audit identified several key areas for improvement.

Our team conducted preliminary research, rewrote the website’s content using targeted keywords based on audience searches, and redesigned the information architecture.
